Abide Developers has worked alongside Skuppah Indian Band as a long-term development partner, helping turn community priorities into funded, actionable projects. Through funding strategy, feasibility, planning, development and construction management, we have helped Skuppah access more than $4 million to advance housing, infrastructure and economic development.
Health & Safety Renovations
Administered funding applications and are managing critical health and safety renovations for 11 homes on reserve, improving safety and long-term housing quality.
Transitional & Workforce Housing
Secured funding for two transitional tiny homes and supported the purchase of an additional property to be renovated for local workforce housing.

Leading the development of a mixed-use commercial and residential building, from feasibility and funding through permitting, budgeting and construction.
